My Account
On the My Account tab you can update your password, view regional settings, as well as contact information. Some account settings can only be updated by a user with the Administrator role.

The table below describes the My Account tab settings.

Security |
Username |
Typically, your user name is your email address. To update, click in the field, enter a new user name, and then click Save. |
Password |
To update, click in the field, enter a new password, and then click Save. Your password must include at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, 1 special character. Password length must be no less than 8 characters and no greater than 25 characters. |

If your Virgo subscription includes the Security Groups feature, displays any security groups you are a member of. |

A user with the Administrator role can specify the character encoding for .CSV export reports. |
Export Delimiter |
A user with the Administrator role can specify the delimiter type for .CSV export reports. |

Export Timezone |
A user with the Administrator role can specify the timezone for .CSV export reports. NOTE: In Virgo the date and time displays in the time zone of the user's device. |

Click the Privacy link to display the Access Terms of Use & Privacy Policy. TIP: The Virgo login screen also includes a Privacy link to the Access Terms of Use & Privacy Policy. To update, click in a field, enter information, and then click Save. |
